Included services on holiday at Lake Faak

The village of SCHÖNLEITN offers every comfort to make your holiday near Lake Faak an unforgettable experience. The following services are included in your holiday:

• Wellness bag incl. bathrobe, bath towels
• Ultra-modern heated relaxation lounger with comfortable backrest & headrest for soothing holiday moments in the Suite Featherlight and private sauna in the Suite Cloudless
• Initial supply of all linen, water consumption, electricity, heating 
• Free intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen for stays of 8 nights or more 
• 1 x weekly change of towels and bath towels 
• Fresh towels can be changed daily on request at the hotel reception 
• Welcome drink in the flat 
• Free entry to a nearby lido in summer 
• During the holiday periods and in the high season: daily guest programme incl. guided hikes (Monday - Friday)
• BIBI's Windelliga (8 months to 2 years, by the hour) & BIBI's Kinderwelt from 3 years with supervision and programme (varied children's programme during the high season, holiday periods & long weekends. Supervised children's club all year round, 5 days a week during hotel opening hours. Weekdays may vary depending on the season)
• Mountainsplash youth club incl. youth guide from 12 to 17 years (exciting youth programme during high season, holiday periods & long weekends)
• Wellness with panorama sauna, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, infrared cabin, treatment rooms for massage & cosmetics, relaxation rooms, terrace, fitness room, indoor pool with children's pool 
• Transfer on arrival/departure from/to Faaker See & Villach main railway station (for arrivals between 08:00 - 19:00, subject to availability, book at least 48 hours in advance) car park 
• WLAN in the hotel village
• Erlebniscard for the Villach region available free of charge on arrival
• If you arrive by train, you will receive a 15% discount on our e-car rental prices (subject to availability, please book in advance and only on presentation)
• Gala evening as part of half board on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
• For guests staying with us over Christmas, we provide a Christmas tree to decorate yourself (without decorations) in the flat
• The above services are also available to our guests in the Chalet AM SEE - at the lake during the winter season.

• Hire of bottle warmer, cot, high chair and changing mat. A baby monitor, which works via your own mobile phone, is available at reception. (pre-booking, no charge)
• "MY GUIDE" You can book your own personal hiking guide. You tell us where you want to go and our guide will accompany you on the wonderful trails of the region.
• Absolute highlight: enjoy a relaxing & exclusive sauna afternoon with friends/family in our marvellous panorama sauna in the Chalet AM SEE with a view of Lake Faak.   daily, prices on request, children up to 5 years are always included in the catering.
• Half board with rich breakfast buffet, dinner with choice of menu or buffet (depending on guest frequency) excl. drinks.

  Dinner can be booked at any time on request. Please note the current opening hours.

Things to know about your stay with us

• Arrival from 4 pm
• Departure until 10 am
• Daily arrivals possible, except during travel periods with minimum stay:
  • Summer : 5 nights during the European Bike Week, arrival/departure day always Sunday
  • Winter : 7 nights over New Year's Eve
• Visitor's tax max. € 2.20 / person/day from 17 years of age
• Dogs: € 15,-/day & dog incl. dog equipment (excluding food) in the flat as well as food and water station in the hotel village.
• Relaxed arrival: simply have your luggage delivered. You can find all the information you need at www.kofferbutler.com.
